Long Time No Blog {HAHA.}
Howdy, folks! Well, okay, I'm sorry I haven't been able to get my butt online and blog, but hey, I've been pretty busy so far. These are just a few things on my daily to-do list:
1) Worry about 'O' Levels
2) Worry about homework, upcoming tests, maniac teachers... You get the idea.
3) Keep myself from missing 'Edward' too much.
4) Worry about my friends, family, and potential headaches.
5) Worry about my cca {I'll touch on this later}
6) Worry about the Student Council {This too}
So as you can see, "worry" seems to be a rather common word in my vocabulary these days. Fine, so some people complain that it's too common a word, so according to the trusty thesaurus, worry=fret/brood/be anxious/troubled/disquiet................. The list goes on. Where's that box of Panadol?
Okay, just kidding. So yes, in case you didn't already know, this year is 'O' LEVEL YEAR!!!!!I've been doing my best not to drown in the sea of homework (I can't swim...) and this is pretty much the reason why I haven't blogged since, well, last year. I'm not lying about the homework. Or the tests. Ask any sane Sec4, and he/she will tell you the exact same thing.
I've also been worrying about my cca. In the NASDC, we're doing pretty well, especially since this year's Sec1s are all hyper and acting as though they OD on sugar everyday. HOWEVER!!!!! I worry about them because they are too hyper. Seriously now, their cockiness could get them into trouble with our trainer. Two years ago, we had to do pumping as punishment for our egos (200+, no lie.) and now that we've actually learned from all that, we do 'push-ups' instead, which are easier than doing the real deal. Not to mention that we do those very occasionally too. So, I worry that our dear Sec1s might just push their limits and end up doing pumping, which will likely lead to many of them quitting :( I don't want to tell them all this though, mainly cos I don't wanna scare them. And, we Sec4s will be stepping down this semester, so a new DramaCom will have to be elected. Only problem is, our Sec3s cannot work alone. The best way I can put this is that they balance one another out, as in the Sec3s are incomplete without one another. Sounds very wierd, but there you have it.
I also worry about the Student Council. Ever since 'Edward's batch stepped down, we haven't been doing anything much... Seriously, with the previous batch, we had so many meetings, so many events... I loved it all, cos it felt like the SCs were really doing something worthwhile for the school. And now? Nothing. Zip, Zilch, Nada. Sometimes, I fear that the SC teacher-in-charge will walk up to me and say that I've been kicked out of the Council, without me knowing it. Sigh.
Well, I guess all I can do at these times is mainly plug in to my phone and switch off from the rest of the world. Without Linkin Park's awesome music, I might have gone off the deep end a while ago XP {Hehe, the only reason I started listening to LP was cos 'Edward' once told me he liked it XP} Haha, well, I gotta go, bye people!! Here's hoping that I might be able to blog sooooooooon!
