We've Moved!

Well, this is goodbye. I've thought about it for a long while, and decided that this blog has more or less run its course. It's been, what, nine years? This blog has been around since I was 14. But it's finally time to close this chapter and move on - we've all grown up, and in some ways we've also grown out of the things that we used to love when we were younger. This is no different. This blog has seen so many ups and downs, from crushes to exams to family and holidays and navigating the insanity that was school and teenage life. So the announcement - we're packing up and moving. I'm no longer the same girl who first started this little blog of mine, but it wouldn't be fair to delete this blog and all its posts either - there are way too many memories, both fond and embarrassing. I'm 18 years old, and I've been single for all my life. I've always been cool with it too. I've always told myself that it's perfectly fine to wait for the right guy to come along and take his place in my heart, that it's fine to not be bothered with being a part of a relationship. That's I don't need to rush into anything because the right guy will come along at the right time. "You don't have a boyfriend?!?!?!" It's amazing how one little sentence can release all the self-doubt that's been locked away for 18 long years. For some reason, this sentence bothered me so much during the whole of today. I couldn't figure out why, but I was so bothered by it, pondering over why I wasn't even in a relationship and why that bothered me so much all of a sudden.
