1002: So I somehow managed to finish my breakfast in five minutes, and then helped Kat to write the checks and yada yada. Currently sitting with nothing to do, and steadily falling asleep. It's supposed to be TGIF, but it doesn't even feel like a Friday to me sigh. Plus I can't go for this event briefing thing later cos it's at Tampines at 6:30pm, and I knock off at 6 and it'll take me an hour to get down to Tampines from Chinatown.

1105: So. Bored.

1011: Reading what people write is both interesting and guilt-tripping because it really reminds me of that which I should be writing too... Tried to get started but I'm already blocked, how pathetic.

1033: It shouldn't have to be this difficult trying to understand when the 4 seasons start, dammit.

1034: Fuck this, maybe I won't use the 4 seasons then.

1209: Computer usage's only at 65% and it's dying. Someone please save me from this bullshit.

1213: So I can insert the SD Card and it shows up on the monitor, but the com can't read it because it can't detect it. Good going, Jim.

1215: As you may have guessed, I have decided to NAME this laptop Jim.

1221: Either Jim is going to kill me or I'm going to take a FLAMETHROWER to his screen by the end of today, the way he's so fucking slow.

1226: I've closed EVERYTHING and pushed CPU usage down to 21%, but Jim's still refusing to work with me. Come on Jim...

1229: I'm going to treat myself to a nice lunch later. Definitely earned it after all this bullshit - I don't consider myself a tech snob, but I really can't understand why anyone would allow themselves to suffer using this sad excuse for technology. The laptop is dying - put an end to its misery already.

Way past retirement age.

1234: It's hard to say this, but the only piece of technology I actually LIKE here is the printer/scanner.

1400: Lunch was awful.

1421: My hands smell like ink and alcohol. Weird but satisfying.

1427: The laptop overloaded from using MICROSOFT EXCEL. Great, even task fucking manager is dying on me.

1431: That's it. Mayday, mayday, Jim's dead. Make the necessary arrangements for the funeral.

1449: I feel somewhat sorry for Jim but seriously, even the TP computers are way better.

1455: Ano... I don't mind collecting the office mail, it gives me a chance to take a walk and wake up...

1614: Ooh the big boss just walked in. Cue awkward silence and nervous glancing.

1617: Big boss just walked out. At ease, soldiers!

1708: Well it's about damn time that VC had a new article up. I was getting bored with the lack of conspiracy theories.

I still have to watch Kuroshitsuji Season 2 though, and I'm only ALMOST done with Season 1.

1734: That moment when my aunt asks me for help in reading a chinese character and I stare at her and she stares at me and we just crack up because let's face it.

1739: Reading up on Aokigahara (Japan's suicide forest) because I tend to look all this stuff up when I'm bored. It always leads to me knowing more than I should.

1749: This guy is annoying and persistent. Mostly annoying. Urusai. Buahaha even my aunt's getting pissed off with him.

Red.

I always dye my hair red - I started dyeing it two years ago after I completed my internship because I felt that it was time, I was ready, and I haven't dyed it a different colour ever since. Of course, constant dye jobs do nothing for the hair, which is why I allowed mum to nag me into doing a henna job on my hair instead of the usual bright red I ask of the hairstylist. The result is that my hair now looks orangey instead of red, which is what I expected but nevertheless found myself incredibly disappointed with. (The irony is that I never have such complaints about my hair colour whenever my red fades to orange within the first two weeks of the fresh dye.) I don't want to look at myself in the mirror anymore. I don't want to see my reflection, I don't want to see that ugly girl staring back at me. Those pleading eyes. She wants me to do something, anything, just so she doesn't look so ugly. She's fat and ugly. Hideous, both inside and outside. All she wants is to stop thinking. Because every time she does, the knife inches ever closer to her heart. She will never be as perfect as her . She just wants to stop looking. Shut up. Just shut up. Stop comparing. I know I'm ugly.
